Vision1.Ai provides an AI-powered document intelligence platform that allows users to:

  • Upload and analyze documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT)
  • Engage in AI-powered conversations with context awareness
  • Customize communication styles and prompts
  • Track API usage and manage subscriptions

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is offered at $18/month with a $9 monthly API usage allowance.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Usage Limits

Your subscription includes a $9 monthly API usage allowance. When you reach this limit:

  • API access will be temporarily suspended
  • You will receive email notifications at 75% and 90% usage
  • Usage resets monthly on your billing date
  • You retain access to your conversation history and files

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Vision1.Ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Privacy

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISION1.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
